The Friendship House Too Thrift Store and Boutique celebrated its grand
re-opening on August 17, 2002. As the re-opening coincided with back-to-school
time, free school supplies were given away to children visiting the
Thrift Store. The re-opening set a new one-day sales record for the
store. The new store has more than twice the space of the previous location,
with lower occupancy costs. The additional space allows Friendship House
Too to carry household items such as furniture and appliances. Also
a boutique section of the store carries nearly new name brand clothing
and accessories.
As you clean out your children's closets, please keep in mind that
the Friendship House Too Thrift Store and Boutique is in need of children
and youth clothing in good condition and appropriate for wearing to
school. Most clothing items are priced at $1 with some boutique items
priced slightly higher.
